  • Please understand that when a mother dog has a litter of puppies, her hormones can change her behavior and make her protective, standoffish, or act differently than she otherwise would. For the comfort of mother dogs, I don’t allow meet and greets while a litter is on the ground.

  • Absolutely.

  • As of right now, once puppies are born I am not allowing visitors until pick-up for the safety of the puppies. Visitors can bring in diseases such as Parvo, that can kill entire litters. You are more than welcome to message me and we can FaceTime at any time so you can see the puppies!

  • We test our parent dogs for Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Collie eye anomaly, Degenerative Myelopathy, Canine multifocal retinopathy, hereditary cataracts, and Hip/elbow dysplasia, etc. (Each dog’s Embark testing is shown on their page). We also test for many other genetic conditions not on the Australian Shepherd Panel.

  • Yes, I do. Genetics are strange and even if they’ll be clear by parentage, checking guarantees that there is nothing of concern. DNA testing can be the foundation for their standard of health care for their life. If there is something that their vet should know about a DNA test will tell you.

  • Our contract states that each puppy comes with a 1 year congenital health guarantee.

  • Yes. You will get copies of when your puppy was de-wormed, the vaccines they had, and a copy of the report from the vet.

  • We feed 4Health Strive and Purina Pro Plan Sport.

If 4Health Strive and Purina Pro Plan aren’t your style, we just recommend a quality dog food where a meat is the first ingredient listed on the bag.

  • 100% yes! Always! I am a breeder for life. If you ever have questions or need advice please call or message me, I am glad to help.

  • Please message me. I will ALWAYS take them back at any stage of their life. We do not ever want our dogs to end up in the shelter and it’s our duty as their breeder to find them a new home or give them a permanent one if it calls for that. Life happens. No judgement here as long as you come back to me. (I do not give your money back when you surrender your dog).
